Visa\u7b49\u7c7b\u522b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c<strong>\u96be\u6c11\u3001\u5e87\u62a4\u83b7\u5f97\u8005\u3001\u7279\u6b8a\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u79fb\u6c11\uff08<\/strong><strong>SIJ<\/strong><strong>\uff09\u3001T<\/strong><strong>\u7b7e\u8bc1\u4eba\u53e3\u8d29\u5356\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u3001U<\/strong><strong>\u7b7e\u8bc1\u72af\u7f6a\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u3001VAWA<\/strong><strong>\u81ea\u884c\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7b49\u7c7b\u522b<\/strong>\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u53d7\u516c\u5171\u8d1f\u62c5\u6761\u6b3e\u9650\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>USCIS<\/strong><strong>\u5c06\u5ba1\u67e5\u4e94\u5927\u56e0\u7d20<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>USCIS\u5728\u5224\u65ad\u4e00\u4e2a\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u672a\u6765\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u4e3a\u516c\u5171\u8d1f\u62c5\u65f6\uff0c\u5c06\u7efc\u5408\u8003\u8651\u4e94\u9879\u6cd5\u5b9a\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5e74\u9f84\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u72b6\u51b5\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u72b6\u51b5\u3001\u8d44\u4ea7\u53ca\u7ecf\u6d4e\u72b6\u51b5\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u7a0b\u5ea6\u548c\u804c\u4e1a\u6280\u80fd\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4I-864\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\u4e66\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\uff0cUSCIS\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u628a<strong>I-864 Affidavit of Support<\/strong>\u7eb3\u5165\u6574\u4f53\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4eca\u540e\u7533\u8bf7\u7eff\u5361\uff0c<strong>\u4e0d\u80fd\u7b80\u5355\u8ba4\u4e3a<\/strong><strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>\u62c5\u4fdd\u4eba\u6536\u5165\u8fbe\u5230125%<\/strong><strong>\u8d2b\u56f0\u7ebf\u5c31\u4e00\u5b9a\u6ca1\u6709\u516c\u5171\u8d1f\u62c5\u95ee\u9898\u201d<\/strong><strong>\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6700\u5927\u53d8\u5316\uff1a\u98df\u54c1\u5238\u3001\u4f4f\u623f\u8865\u52a9\u3001\u5927\u5b66\u52a9\u5b66\u91d1\u7b49\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u8003\u8651<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6b21\u653f\u7b56\u6700\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u662fUSCIS\u6269\u5927\u4e86\u53ef\u4ee5\u8003\u8651\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u798f\u5229\u8303\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u653f\u7b56\u660e\u786e\u5217\u4e3e\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u73b0\u91d1\u751f\u6d3b\u8865\u52a9\uff08Cash Assistance<\/strong><strong>\uff09<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>\u4f4f\u623f\u8865\u52a9\uff08Housing Assistance<\/strong><strong>\uff09<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>\u98df\u54c1\u5238\uff08Food Stamps<\/strong><strong>\uff09<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>\u5927\u5b66\u52a9\u5b66\u91d1\uff08Financial Aid for College<\/strong><strong>\uff09<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u72b6\u51b5\u5ba1\u67e5\u578b\u516c\u5171\u798f\u5229\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c<strong>2026<\/strong><strong>\u5e749<\/strong><strong>\u670818<\/strong><strong>\u65e5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5206\u754c\u70b9\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e<strong>2026<\/strong><strong>\u5e749<\/strong><strong>\u670818<\/strong><strong>\u65e5\u4ee5\u524d<\/strong>\u9886\u53d6\u7684\u798f\u5229\uff0cUSCIS\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u53ea\u8003\u8651\u7528\u4e8e\u7ef4\u6301\u6536\u5165\u7684\u516c\u5171\u73b0\u91d1\u63f4\u52a9\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u627f\u62c5\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u957f\u671f\u673a\u6784\u7167\u62a4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e<strong>2026<\/strong><strong>\u5e749<\/strong><strong>\u670818<\/strong><strong>\u65e5\u5f53\u5929\u6216\u4ee5\u540e<\/strong>\u9886\u53d6\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u72b6\u51b5\u5ba1\u67e5\u578b\u516c\u5171\u798f\u5229\uff0cUSCIS\u5219\u8868\u793a\u53ef\u4ee5\u8003\u8651<strong>\u6240\u6709\u6b64\u7c7b\u798f\u5229\uff08<\/strong><strong>any and all benefits<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u9886\u53d6\u8fc7\u798f\u5229\uff0c\u4e0d\u7b49\u4e8e\u7eff\u5361\u4e00\u5b9a\u88ab\u62d2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u65b0\u653f\u7b56\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u89c4\u5b9a\u201c<\/strong><strong>\u53ea\u8981\u9886\u8fc7\u98df\u54c1\u5238\u6216\u4f4f\u623f\u8865\u52a9\u5c31\u4e0d\u80fd\u62ff\u7eff\u5361\u201d<\/strong><strong>\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>USCIS\u4ecd\u7136\u5fc5\u987b\u6839\u636e\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684 **Totality of the Circumstances\uff08\u6574\u4f53\u60c5\u51b5\uff09**\u8fdb\u884c\u4e2a\u6848\u5224\u65ad\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6362\u53e5\u8bdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u9886\u53d6\u798f\u5229\u53ea\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e2a\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u79fb\u6c11\u5b98\u8fd8\u5fc5\u987b\u7efc\u5408\u8003\u8651\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u5e74\u9f84\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u6536\u5165\u3001\u8d44\u4ea7\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u60c5\u51b5\u3001\u5b66\u5386\u3001\u804c\u4e1a\u6280\u80fd\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5982\u679c\u56e0\u201c<\/strong><strong>\u516c\u5171\u8d1f\u62c5\u201d<\/strong><strong>\u9762\u4e34\u62d2\u7edd\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u4ea4\u4fdd\u8bc1\u91d1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u653f\u7b56\u8fd8\u6062\u590d\u5e76\u660e\u786e\u4e86 **Public Charge Bond\uff08\u516c\u5171\u8d1f\u62c5\u4fdd\u8bc1\u91d1\uff09**\u5236\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679cUSCIS\u8ba4\u4e3a\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u4e0d\u51c6\u5165\u5883\u7406\u7531\u662f\u201c\u672a\u6765\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u4e3a\u516c\u5171\u8d1f\u62c5\u201d\uff0c\u79fb\u6c11\u5b98\u53ef\u4ee5\u5141\u8bb8\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b<strong>\u73b0\u91d1\u4fdd\u8bc1\u91d1\u6216<\/strong><strong>Surety Bond<\/strong>\u3002\u7b26\u5408\u8981\u6c42\u540e\uff0cUSCIS\u4ecd\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u6279\u51c6\u7eff\u5361\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4fdd\u8bc1\u91d1\u91d1\u989d\u5c06\u8003\u8651\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5728<strong>\u672a\u6765\u4e94\u5e74\u5185\u53ef\u80fd\u9886\u53d6\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u63f4\u52a9\u91d1\u989d<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u4f7f\u7528 <strong>Form I-945, Public Charge Bond<\/strong>\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e0d\u80fd\u4e3b\u52a8\u63d0\u4ea4\u3002\u53ea\u6709USCIS\u5148\u53d1\u51fa **NOID\uff08Notice of Intent to Deny\uff0c\u62df\u62d2\u7edd\u901a\u77e5\uff09**\u5e76\u9080\u8bf7\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u63d0\u4ea4Public Charge Bond\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u529e\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u65b0\u653f\u7b56\u4ece\u4ec0\u4e48\u65f6\u5019\u5f00\u59cb\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2026<\/strong><strong>\u5e749<\/strong><strong>\u670818<\/strong><strong>\u65e5\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>USCIS\u660e\u786e\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u65b0\u653f\u7b56\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u53d7\u516c\u5171\u8d1f\u62c5\u6761\u6b3e\u7ea6\u675f\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728<strong>2026<\/strong><strong>\u5e749<\/strong><strong>\u670818<\/strong><strong>\u65e5\u6216\u4ee5\u540e\u90ae\u5bc4\u9012\u4ea4\u6216\u7535\u5b50\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684I-485<\/strong><strong>\u7eff\u5361\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5173\u952e\u770b\u7684\u662f<strong>I-485<\/strong><strong>\u7684\u9012\u4ea4\u65e5\u671f<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7279\u522b\u63d0\u9192<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6b21\u65b0\u89c4\u5bf9<strong>\u5a5a\u59fb\u7eff\u5361\u3001\u7236\u6bcd\u7eff\u5361\u3001\u5176\u4ed6\u4eb2\u5c5e\u79fb\u6c11\u4ee5\u53ca<\/strong><strong>EB-1<\/strong><strong>\u3001EB-2<\/strong><strong>\u3001EB-3<\/strong><strong>\u7b49\u804c\u4e1a\u79fb\u6c11\u7eff\u5361\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba<\/strong>\u90fd\u6709\u5b9e\u9645\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u672c\u4eba\u66fe\u7ecf\u9886\u53d6\u8fc7<strong>\u98df\u54c1\u5238\u3001\u4f4f\u623f\u8865\u52a9\u3001\u73b0\u91d1\u63f4\u52a9\u3001\u5927\u5b66\u52a9\u5b66\u91d1\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u653f\u5e9c\u798f\u5229<\/strong>\u7684\uff0c\u5728\u9012\u4ea4I-485\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u786e\u8ba4\u5177\u4f53\u798f\u5229\u7684<strong>\u540d\u79f0\u3001\u9886\u53d6\u4eba\u3001\u9886\u53d6\u65f6\u95f4\u4ee5\u53ca\u798f\u5229\u6027\u8d28<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u9886\u53d6\u8fc7\u653f\u5e9c\u798f\u5229\u5e76\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u7740\u7eff\u5361\u4e00\u5b9a\u4f1a\u88ab\u62d2\u7edd\uff0c\u4f46\u4ece2026<\/strong><strong>\u5e749<\/strong><strong>\u670818<\/strong><strong>\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u516c\u5171\u8d1f\u62c5\u5ba1\u67e5\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u8bb8\u591a\u7eff\u5361\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u52a0\u8ba4\u771f\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u672c\u6587\u6839\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\uff08USCIS<\/strong><strong>\uff092026<\/strong><strong>\u5e748<\/strong><strong>\u670818<\/strong><strong>\u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u6700\u65b0Public
